Directions: (1) Drop the solution under the tongue; (2) Hold for 90 seconds, then swallow; (3) Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes afterwards.

Titration schedule:

• 0.2mL once daily for 7 days

• 0.3mL once daily for 7 days

• 0.4mL once daily for 7 days

• 0.5mL once daily thereafter
