Step 1: Reach Out
Fill out our provider account request form below to receive your prescriber account packet and schedule a quick consultation with our pharmacy liaison. During that call, we’ll discuss your practice’s needs, prescription volume, compounding options, pricing, and ordering methods.
Step 2: Complete the Setup
Once we receive your request, we’ll forward the required paperwork and guide you through account activation. We’ll verify your credentials, register your prescriber profile, and grant secure access to our Provider Portal.
Step 3: Explore Your Tools
- Submit prescriptions via e-script, fax, or phone
- Track orders in real time through the portal
- Receive support from your dedicated pharmacy liaison
Step 4: Begin Prescribing
Once your account is active, you can submit prescriptions immediately. Our compounding team prepares every product under strict USP and PCAB quality standards and ensures timely delivery for every order.
