Nasal & Throat Spray Instructions
Nasal Spray
Step 1: Close the nostril that is not receiving the medication by gently pressing on that side of the nose.
Step 2: Gently insert the bottle tip into the other nostril.
Step 3: Breathe in deeply through that nostril as you squeeze the bottle. Remove the bottle and sniff once or twice.
Step 4: Repeat steps for the other nostril if directed. Wait at least 10 seconds between sprays.
Remember to clean the tip after each use.
Throat Spray
Open your mouth wide and spray one to two sprays to the left and right sides of the back of the throat. Use as prescribed.
Store medication in refrigerator when not in use.
